We mean it when we say that CrossFit is for all. Modifications for any level of fitness, mobility and strength are made for each member during our classes, ensuring you can participate in the fun and function of every workout. Click below to see details on our gym’s programs.

Crossfit

CrossFit workouts are different every day and combine a range of movements including weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics for high intensity interval training. Movements can be adapted for any age or skill level.

Olympic WEIGHTLIFTING

Our olympic weightlifting coaches will help you master the movement of the barbell, offering pguidance on proper form to help improve your deadlift, snatch, power clean, and other movements.

STRENGTH + CONDITIONING

Movements for our strength and conditioning masters classes are focused on building muscle, stamina, and overall fitness. All are welcome to attend.

MOBILITY + Yoga

In our mobility classes, attendees will improve mobility through a variety of controlled stretching and flexibility movements.

Elements package

All our new members to CrossFit must complete the Elements package. Our coaches and games athletes have designed this program to ensure your success, satisfaction, and safety while enjoying CrossFit. 

We believe it is important to commit at least 8 weeks of CrossFit to see results, which is the length of this program.

We have the most powerful fitness prescription in Tahoe, if not the world, and the proof is shown in our members. We know that once you discover just how potent this fitness prescription is, you’ll drink the Kool-Aid, just as we have!
