CrossFit

CrossFit workouts are different every day and combine a range of movements including weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics for high intensity interval training. Movements can be adapted for any age or skill level.

Olympic Weightlifting

Our olympic weightlifting coaches will help you master the movement of the barbell, offering pguidance on proper form to help improve your deadlift, snatch, power clean, and other movements.

Strength + Conditioning

Movements for our strength and conditioning masters classes are focused on building muscle, stamina, and overall fitness. All are welcome to attend.

Just started some training here. It is a great environment with some excellent instructors. They take you from where you are at and take the time to explain the fundamentals of CrossFit and the proper technique. I’ve been a member for 8 years and absolutely love this gym. This CrossFit community welcomes all levels with open arms and there is such openness to modifying movements to suit your individual skills, as well as modifying for prior or current injuries. I love the variety of classes they have in addition to the WODs. Whether you need the motivation to get back in shape or if you’re in good shape but want to level up, this is the gym for you. If I could give 10 stars I would- great spot, amazing people and we’re lucky to have it here in South Lake!
