CrossFit Conditioning Classes:

 These classes are CrossFit workouts aimed toward building cardio capacity with minimal barbell lifting. This conditioning will also increase the stamina required to spend the day in the Tahoe backcountry. Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10:30 to 11:30am.

**Please note: There is a trainer present but the class is done on your own with the workout posted on the whiteboard to follow.
