South Tahoe CrossFit is happy to offer Introductory level classes every Sunday morning at 9:30.
The last Thursday-Sunday of every month is also free, so if you want to experience the high-intensity fitness regimen for yourself, come in and give it a try!

















hi, spoke with a friend who is having tremendous success with your program. I’m a 50 year old -out of shape woman- looking for help in staying motivated to get fit. I would like to try the Sunday free class. Do i need to sign up first or just walk in?
