All new members must do the Elements package, which includes individual training of the foundational CrossFit movements. Once completed, new members may attend any classes for the rest of the current month and all of the following month for $200. This package is a substantial savings over regular rates — there are two reasons for this:

First, we are giving you a ‘deal’ to get you in the door. We know that once you discover just how potent this fitness prescription is, you’ll drink the Kool-aid, just as we have!

Secondly, we want you to commit to at least 8 weeks of CrossFit. We feel this is the bare minimum in order to begin seeing results.  We believe, and the proof comes in every day in the form of our members, that we have the most powerful fitness prescription in Tahoe, if not the world. We’re not kidding! We DON’T  promise results overnight or without abundant effort on your part. However, the results are well worth your time, money and energy.

SHARE THE PAIN: The last Thursday-Saturday of each month ALL* classes are free** as a means to introduce Tahoe locals to CrossFit.  We also have two free* classes every Sunday morning at 8:30 and 9:30 with the same goal in mind.

*Excluding Friday 6PM classes; these are lifting classes.

**Free classes are for Tahoe locals.  Drop-in rates still apply to out of town guests.

PUNCH CARD: $200 for 15 visits (Effective after completion of Elements course)

UNLIMITED MONTHLY: $125 (May come to as many classes or class times as desired)

PERSONAL TRAINING: $60 per class

DROP-INS: $20 for one day, $35 for two days, $45 for three days, $65 for one week (For visiting CrossFitters)


  • High School and College Students:  June 1st to Labor Day Weekend: $225 (includes Elements)

Note:  $125/month is lowest rate available. However, some discounts available for family members.
