CrossFit Classes:

The Lift: Every 45 seconds for 10 rounds
1 clean and jerk
Start around 70% of 1rm increasing weight if possible while maintaining excellent form.

The WOD:
Death by Clean and Jerk
1st min perform 1 clean and jerk (135/95)
2nd min perform 2 clean and jerks (135/95)
3rd min perform 3 clean and jerks (135/95)

…continue adding 1 rep each minute until you can no longer get the appropriate work done within that minute. Score is Rounds and reps completed.
