South Tahoe CrossFit’s Women’s Boot Camps
Boot Camp classes are CrossFit workouts aimed toward building cardio capacity with minimal barbell lifting. They typically begin the first Monday of each month and run in 4-week increments. Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:15AM.
